How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards as well as PayPal for your convenience.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to track the order online with the carrier.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 8-10 business days.
What does Custom Imprinting include?
Custom imprinting can include a number of different options. Typically, you will see any item will have the option to add a logo for an additional fee. With golf balls for instance, you can add a logo to each ball for a small imprinting charge. This would include 1 logo or personalization on each golf ball. Alternatively, you can add on a "back" side logo for an additional imprinting charge; making 2 logos or personalizations on each golf ball. Do I need an account and what are the benefits?
It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.

Are there other things I should know about the customization process?
Yes, here are a few things that will help make your personalized products a success:
Image Size
Image size is important. Please provide the highest quality images you can. At a minimum, images should be 300x300 pixels, but larger and higher resolution is always better.
Logos
Similar to images, be sure that the logo file is high resolution. Vector graphics are best (svg, eps) for crisp lines and text. Remove backgrounds when you don't want a background to print. Note: white areas in the artwork will not be printed on white golf balls, but rather left transparent to reveal the white surface of the ball.
Text
Be sure to make text legible in size. Don't resize it to be too small, or enlarge it to not fit in the designated space. Text over images is not always legible, so be sure to choose an appropriate text color and size.
Restrictions
Copyrighted logos, trademarks, and artwork require authorization from the rights holder. We reserve the right to reject artwork or cancel orders containing unauthorized, illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Print Areas
Print areas are displayed in the customizer. For example, golf balls have a circular print area approximately 7/8" in diameter (about the size of a quarter). Resize and position your image as needed. The image may extend beyond the print area, but only the portion inside the designated print area will be printed. This allows you to focus on the exact part of the image you want featured.
