If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.
Because personalized products are custom-made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or refund. However, if you are dissatisfied with a personalized item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund, store credit, replacement, or other resolution based on the circumstances.
