Thank you for your purchase, we hope you're really happy with it. However, if something's not up to par for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. See below for more details.
Refunds typically take 3 days, but could take up to 7 days since refunds depend largely on the bank's processing time. If you are returning an item, refunds will begin processing upon the receipt of item at our facility.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received from us, contact us by email or phone within 30 days after receipt of product for a full refund. Used product may not be returned unless defective or otherwise covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Partial refunds will be made for custom printed product unless defective or misrepresented. Once submitted, we will promptly send you an email with instructions as to how we will process your request.
If you receive an incorrect custom order and/or product, we will process the refund at our expense and ship the correct order as soon as possible.
If the return is because of a defect or misrepresentation, we will refund shipping charges. Otherwise, shipping charges will not be refunded.
