Acceptance of Orders: Processing of your order, and a charge to your credit or debit card, does not constitute final acceptance of your order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have full authority to place and pay for the order. We will notify you by email upon shipment. Shipment constitutes our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, in whole or part, for any reason, including unavailability of product, inaccurate pricing or description(s) of product shown on the web site, reported improper use of credit or debit cards, issues relating to the content you supply and issues we perceive are related to trademarks or copyrights owned by third parties. You confirm by submitting an order that you have reviewed the printing, artwork and graphics submitted with the order, and you agree that they are correct and accurate.
If we cancel all or part of your order, we will notify you by email, and promptly issue you a credit for the canceled portion of the order.
Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received from us, contact us by email or phone within 30 days after receipt of product for a full refund. Used product may not be returned unless defective or otherwise covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Partial refunds will be made for custom printed product unless defective or misrepresented.
If the return is because of a defect or misrepresentation, we will refund shipping charges. Otherwise, shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will promptly send you an email with instructions as to how we will process your request.
Artwork and Copy: You warrant that submitted artwork and copy for your order complies with all laws governing copyrights & trademarks. You agree to indemnify us against all costs and expenses, including legal fees we incur arising out of your breach of this warranty. We may require proof of authorization prior to acceptance of orders. We reserve the right to reject orders containing images or copy that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
Product Color: Colors shown on the website are as accurate as possible. Note, colors may appear differently on the screens you may use. Actual colors of product may vary. If you supply pictures or graphics with your order we will try to accurately reproduce those images and colors in accordance with industry standards and practices.
Shipping: We may allow for more than one means of shipment. Shipments are FOB point of origin. Shipping costs, and shipping options are as provided by our website and selected by you.
Disclaimer of Warranty Limitation of Liability: We do not warrant the products we imprint. Any warranty of products is as provided by the manufacturer. However, we do warrant for a period of 30 days from shipment that the printing we do for you will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. You agree that our liability for defective or delayed performance for orders issued to us shall be limited to our obligation to repair or replace defective product, or to refund the purchase price plus shipping charges. We shall not be liable to you for economic loss, incidental or consequential damages, loss of goodwill, or damage you incur of any kind arising out of your use of our website or our performance against orders issued to us. Some states may limit these restrictions and may require alternative or additional remedies for the sale of defective products.
Use of Our Website: Your use of our website and/or the placement of orders with us constitutes your agreement and warranty to us and others that you have not uploaded, emailed or otherwise transmitted any defamatory, libelous, threatening, obscene, hateful or racially or otherwise objectional material, or that violates any law, or that contains software viruses or other code designed to interrupt, destroy or impair computer equipment and data.

Changes or Updates: We have the right to change or update these terms and conditions at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check for changes or updates. Your continued use of the website following changes or updates constitutes your acceptance of the policy as changed or updated.
